Since each piece is unique, slight variations may occur.

Prices are listed in euros (€).

As a sole proprietor, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).

4. Order
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation is sent via email.

6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Mallorca.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 2 to 5 business days

Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

Beiya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the seller’s place of residence.
